Lead Manager
- We have created a system where forms are placed within your website. When people fill out the forms you will get an email notification and the Lead will be added into the system. You can then view the lead and even organize it into a group or groups. You can also add notes and update the contact information so you will always be able to keep a record of your clients. You can also have groups auto populated by assigning a source to them. Like for instance a source could be "Monthly Newsletter" a form on your website for people to receive your newsletter. They fill out the form and then they automatically get added to the newsletter group. Every client get a FREE custom form to help gather leads.
Marketing Manager
- As you gain leads or add them manually through web forms you will want to communicate with them. E-Mail Marketing can be used to send out a monthly newsletter or listing update additions. E-Mail Marketing can be sent to groups you have made or to individual leads.
Content Manager
- This is great to use for all data on your website. For instance, you can have a recent news page, with the content manager you just log-in and update the data and then your site is instantly updated.
Listing Manager
- This is great to show your featured properties. Every client gets one free custom design template for their front-end and detailed property description. The system lets you enter all the property data and upload images. The data will be displayed in your template on your site.
Property Listing Live Streamer
- This is great to put on the right side of your home page. It cycles through all your listing displaying the image and quick details. The users can then click on it to see the details.
Employee Manager
- This is so you can store your employees data, grant them Employee Access to restricted web pages, and even have a "Meet the Staff" or "Meet the Team" web page. Every client in this service plan gets a free custom design template for displaying this employee data on your web site.
Client Access Manager
- You can now register new clients and create restricted areas for only them to view. This is great to secure data to only a group of people.
